What is the lead time?

Our products are made to order, the standard timeline is 2 weeks upon order placement excluding shipping time. This timeline may extend during festive seasons and peak seasons. 

Can I make changes to my order?

Once order is placed, it is final. If there are changes required you may reach out to us as soon as possible - if the item is not yet in production, we may be able to accommodate the change. We are not able to make changes to your order once item is made. 

Tell me more about my new plywood product. 

Do handle our plywood products with care as they are fragile. Each plywood have unique grains and tone, it is the nature of the product and it is not a defect. 

Keep product indoors, away from direct sunlight and moisture. 

How do I hang plywood/acrylic product on wall?

For temporary adhesive, use blue tack sufficiently on the back of the product. 

For longer adhesion, use 3M command strips at the back of the product sufficiently.

Tell me more about my new wooden teether.

Our baby safe wooden teethers are made of untreated beech or maple wood. These two types of wood are perfect as they are very hard and are traditionally used to make baby toys.

As wood is a natural product, there may be discoloration, grains and dents present that are not defects.

How to care for my new wooden teether?

Just rinse with water, pat and air dry before first use. Rub a layer of coconut or olive oil weekly, this will preserve the wood to last longer and prevent cracking.

Do not put wooden teether in dish washer or dryer, do not sterilise.

For bunny ear teethers, remove cloth from wooden ring before washing and dry them separately.

Can I refund or exchange my purchase?

All our products are quality checked before it heads out the door. We do not provide exchange for change of mind. We do not do returns or refunds on damages (including damage during shipping) but might be able to review it case by case subjected to the final decision of Wildberry Store.
