Refund & Exchange Policy

At Wildberry Store, every piece is handcrafted and made-to-order with love, especially for you. As our products are personalised and customised upon order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been confirmed.

No Refunds for Personalised Orders

All items are:

  • Made-to-order

  • Personalised according to your selected names, dates, wording, or design choices

As such, all sales are final.

We kindly ask that you check all personalisation details (spelling, dates, colours, design selections, and shipping address) carefully before confirming your order.

Wildberry Store will not be responsible for errors submitted by customers at the point of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item (different from what was ordered)

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel at hellowildberry@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and offer a replacement where necessary. Refunds will only be considered if a replacement is not possible.

Order Cancellations

As production begins shortly after order confirmation, cancellations or changes may not be possible. If you need urgent amendments, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.
