Shipping policy

At Wildberry Store, each order is thoughtfully made and carefully packed with love. We take great care in preparing and packing every order before it is sent out. We perform thorough quality checks on all items prior to mailing, self-collection, or courier dispatch, and we package each order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

Once an item has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to control what happens during transit. As such, we are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage caused by mailing services, courier handling, or circumstances beyond our control, unless proven to be due to our negligence.

All shipping details, including the delivery address, are prepared based on the information provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

If you realise an error in your address, kindly contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we are unable to make changes once an order has been mailed out or a courier booking has been confirmed. In such cases, any additional charges incurred for address amendments or re-booking of delivery may be borne by the customer.

Order Processing Time

Most of our items are made-to-order and personalised, which means we need a little time to create something special just for you.

  • Customization timeline: 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holiday)
  • This includes crafting, personalisation, quality checks, and packaging
  • During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas or Chinese New Year), processing times may be slightly longer.

For ready made products, they are usually shipped out within 3 business days.

The above timelines does not include shipping time. 

Once your item is dispatched, you will receive another email confirmation.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wildberry Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the specified shipping time, please contact us at hellowildberry@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are unable to shop to PO boxes at this time.
