• Products from Wildberry Store are not to be re-sold, re-purposed for sale in any other way.
• Once order is placed, the purchase is final and cannot be amended.
• All photos and images on Wildberry Store website and social media is not to be used without permission.
• Colour of products on images may vary slightly due to lighting.
• Wildberry Store reserves the right to amend any terms at any time. 

Payment Terms

• All payments to be completed before item is shipped out. 
• With some customisation requests, payment may be required before work commence. Wildberry Store reserves the right of this decision.

Refund & Exchanges

• All transactions are final, Wildberry Store does not accept refund or exchanges.
• If product is defective, please report it to Wildberry Store within 2 calendar days via email to hello@wildberrystore.com of receiving product for review on case by case basis. Product must remain unwashed, unused, with original packaging and tags. Wildberry Store reserves the final decision to refund/exchange for defective products. Wildberry Store is not responsible for return shipping costs via registered mail if an exchange is approved. 

Shipping & Delivery

• Wildberry Store is not responsible or liable for lost mail, regardless of shipping type selected. 
• Wildberry Store is not liable for re-delivery costs where applicable. 
• Wildberry Store is not liable for customs duties and taxes where applicable.
